My name is Kevin Bush. I am entirely focused on satisfying the two objectives of sourcing the best candidates for a business whilst providing meaningful and stable career steps for people. I put as much time and effort into vetting businesses I work with as I do into potential candidates.
The UK construction and building products supply sectors are hard schools. Finding and retaining the right key people can make the difference between success or failure for many businesses.

I have a wide range of contacts at all levels across many industries, primarily building product supply and general construction.. I maintain regular contact with people in my network and have a virtually real time view of potential candidates for your vacancy.
I will work with you to develop a recruitment strategy, including reward design, to attract candidates best suited to your business and the role.
I also offer a totally confidential search service for sensitive situations.
My fees are very competitive and agreed on an individual basis.

I work on an individual and personal basis with candidates to find the best possible career step for you. All conversations are strictly private. I will not contact a potential employer without your permission.
